The Main Track

1200m of track including tabletops, step-ups, drop offs, whoops and a hill, to challenge the most expert riders, while being safe enough for improvers. The whole circuit is roped and staked with tyres on posts. Chestnut paling fence encloses many areas for increased safety. We are constantly grading and refining the circuit to be safer and yet more challenging. Your constructive comments are always welcome. Main track restrictions min 65cc (Weather and riding ability dependant) – No automatics

Spectators
Spectators are not allowed onto the main circuit under any circumstances. We have trained officials who assist riders in difficulty.

Easy Access
Apex Motocross couldn't be easier to find, it's right on Junction 6 (Worcester North) of the M5. Approximate Travelling Times (Timed in a Ford Transit).
Birmingham 35 minutes
Bristol 1 hour
Manchester 1 hour 50 minutes
London (central) 2 hours 20 minutes
Newport 1 hour 15 minutes
Nottingham 1 hour 15 minutes

Weather Line
There's nothing worse than travelling a long way to a site to find it's closed, or even worse, sitting at home in the rain only to find that everyone else enjoyed a sunny day out.

Either telephone 07989 098289 or access this web site to check we're open before you leave home. Any decision to close the site due to weather is made at least 2 hours in advance giving you time to find out before you set off. Please remember the weather is always different in Worcester from where you are so check before you leave!

Good Pit Space
Enough space to park your vehicle and work on your bike, also a place to jet wash it after use.
You can't catch bad riding habits by parking close to other riders vehicles so please park sensibly to allow everyone some space in the pits!

Emergency Spares
We are looking to set-up an onsite shop in the near future, however we do stock some emergency spares to keep you going. We supply and fit inner tubes.

Emergency Spare Parts
We try to keep a stock of chains, levers and other commonly damaged parts to keep your bike going.

Toilets and Refreshments
The site has it's own permenant ladies and gents toilets with mains water and onsite catering van.

Safety
Motocross is fast and exciting but we also like it to be as safe as possible. To improve your racing and your safety we've added a couple of extra features that make the track just that little bit special.

Marshall controlled lighting and sirens
Providing a safe environment in which to practice your riding skills is our prime concern, for this reason we have installed a light marshalling system and sirens that are operated from a race control that is able to see the whole track. This system has been praised and approved by the ACU. As with every method of track safety, it must be obeyed by the riders, failure to do so will end your day's riding. Don’t forget it could be you “on the deck”!

Anti-dust sprinkler system
During dry summer conditions dust can present some problems, and make riding unpleasant. To help combat these conditions we installed a sprinkler system in 1999. This has gone a long way to controlling the dust.

First Aid
We hope you never need them, but just in case, there are trained First Aiders on site at all times who can give assistance if necessary

Insurance
When you sign on, you are automatically covered for third party liability insurance.
